Professional Experience
Todd Stockwell is the founding partner of Stockwell & Smedley, PSC, in Lexington, Kentucky, and is of counsel to Stevens and Showalter, LLP. Todd concentrates his practice in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, franchising, licensing, commercial real estate, and related business matters. He has substantial experience in obtaining trademarks for clients and assisting clients with enforcing their intellectual property rights. He also has substantial experience in assisting clients in all areas of business matters, ranging from intellectual property rights, licensing, and protection, finance, and negotiating and drafting contracts. Prior to starting his own firm, Todd worked for King & Schickli in Lexington, Kentucky from 1987 to 1992, working on trademark matters and general corporate law matters.
